POLICY
STATEMENT
It
is the policy of Bostrom Seating to consistently utilize and improve the
knowledge, skills and abilities of the company to continually improve
all processes through problem prevention methodologies. The company chooses
to be pro-active in meeting the requirements of our customers, workforce
/ community and environment. The company will conduct its operations in
a manner that protects employee health and safety and protects the environment
while providing customers with products and services that meet or exceed
their expectations. The company will participate with all customers and
agencies to define and comply with all applicable internal / external,
statutory and regulatory requirements.
The policy is an integral part of the business philosophy
and will be continuously communicated throughout the organization. The
management staff at all levels is responsible to identify and attain goals
with respect to the policy. Each employee plays a key role in bringing
the policy to life by following procedures and recommending improvement
ideas. Various forms of media will be used to communicate policies and
requirements throughout the organization.
Commitments The
company is committed to eliminating customer rejections, workplace injuries,
pollutants and internal inefficiencies. Additionally, the company is committed
to reducing our use of natural resources. Management review meetings will
be held to ensure the policy is implemented and that commitments are being
obtained. |
